Action at the old Whataburger?

The former Whataburger location, next door to Home Depot at 67th Avenue & Bell Road, has been closed since 2010. Recently, the boards have been removed that covered the windows, which seems to be a sign that something is happening to the property.

I have not been able to find any details about who may be the next tenant. I stopped and peaked through the windows and nothing has changed, it still looks like an old Whataburger.

Hopefully it is something food related, and not another vape shop.

What business would you like to see go into this location?
