It’s easy to make a suggestion on where to eat, go here, go there, its the best! And that is great to recommend a restaurant to someone, but I need more than that. Tell me exactly what you get, I don’t want to go and then miss out on the best dishes because I didn’t know.
This approach is part of why I’m making the “Best of Arrowhead” a bit more specific, and also a bit of everything, lol.
One of my favorite dishes in the Arrowhead area is an appetizer at Babbo Italian Eatery, called Mozza-balls. In short, they’re mozzarella sticks in a round shape, similar to a meatball, and they’re the best thing ever. They are a must get every time I eat at Babbo, no exceptions!

Speaking of must get items, just about every time I get the small wedge salad as well. To me it is a great compliment to a pretty heavy appetizer like the Mozza-balls.

The Arrowhead location of Babbo is their flagship restaurant, the first of what became a large chain with restaurants all over the valley. This location also underwent a full renovation & expansion recently and it turned out beautiful. Babbo is a true gem in our community and if you have not been since they reopened, I highly recommend it.
“At Babbo Italian Eatery, we search far and wide for unique ingredients to create bold, fresh flavors. Our staff is passionate about making you feel at home — from the food you’ll enjoy to the laughs you’ll share. Whether it’s a custom-made meal or catering for life’s most important moments, everything revolves around tradition and family. So gather your loved ones and visit your neighborhood Babbo to eat like an Italian... Babbo’s cooking!”
