It looks like a new emergency services veterinary hospital will be occupying the space which used to be the home of Trader Joe’s, next door to Sketchers.
The conditional use permit was granted for Veterinary Medial Group, which has 100 hospitals nationwide, including three locations here in Arizona.
No timeframe is available for when they expect to open this location.
