You’re probably thinking, J.D., why is there a restaurant review about an indoor go kart facility? And that is a good question, but they have a full restaurant there and the food was actually really good.
Andretti Indoor Karting has been open for a couple months now, and I finally had a chance to visit recently. My father, and my son Tyler & I headed down to Westgate so spend an afternoon having some fun.
We opted to have lunch prior to tackling all of the available options for fun. The menu is about what you would expect at an entertainment with a racer theme, but it was very well done.
My son had an order of mozzarella sticks and they were delicious and scratch made by hand. The burgers & nachos were excellent as well.
We opted to skip the indoor go karts on this visit. My dad is having back surgery soon, and Tyler isn’t driving yet, so we decided to stick to video games. We still had a blast.
Like most places at the moment, it is not a cheap experience, but I feel like we did get good value for our money. They do have some solid summer pass packages available. You can see all of the details here.
