Lots of new places have been opening in our community lately and I always enjoy trying new spots. Sometimes, it is good to revisit a restaurant that has been around for a while.

Stopped in to Revolu Modern Taqueria last week with my friend & lending partner, Aaron Alvarez. As always, the food was outstanding.

Located just south of all the other restaurants at P83, it can be easy to forget about Revolu, but you need to check them out again. The food is that good.

We started off with the salsa trio and the chips & queso. I may have had a prickly peark margarita…😎

I had the Street Corn Nachos with ground beef and I had to stop myself from eating all of them and the extra chips we had from the queso dip!!

Aaron had the ‘gringo’ street tacos, which are ground beef. We both agreed that ground beef makes for fantastic tacos, and it is slept on buy a lot of people because there are other proteins that are more trendy right now.

Revolu is a great option for lunch or dinner any day of the week, but Chef Jerry is hosting a special Chef’s Dinner on Thursday, September 25th at 6pm.
