Seven Brothers Burgers opened their first location in Peoria about a month ago, at the corner of 83rd Avenue & Happy Valley. I have thought about stopping in to grab a burger every time I take my son to and from work at the nearby Safeway. 😎
Finally we had a chance to stop in for dinner and we should have gone much sooner!!
We were there at about 6pm on a Monday, and it was really full, which is an encouraging sign.
Their menu is full of ‘beloved Hawaiian-inspirded burgers’ and what we tried was excellent. We had the Seek’s Deep Blue, the Shem Burger and a scaled down version of the Spencer Burger (my son is a picky eater, lol).
My first tip is to wear clothes that you won’t mind getting dirty. The burgers are delicious, but they are also very saucy. It was almost like eating a burger version of buffalo wings, I was reaching for a napkin each time I put down my burger.
We also had a large order of Paniolo fries, and it was plenty for three people.

Overall we had a great experience. The food was delicious and quality ingredients. I’m looking forward to visiting again and trying the coconut shrimp.
