Peoria just got a whole lot tastier. The highly anticipated Seven Brothers Burgers has officially opened its newest location at 8265 W. Happy Valley Road, marking the beloved Hawaiian-inspired burger joint’s debut in the West Valley.
Originating from the North Shore of Oahu, Seven Brothers has built a devoted following for its island-style burgers, generous portions, and warm “aloha spirit.” Founded in 2009 by, you guessed it, seven brothers and their family, the restaurant offers a unique blend of tropical flavors and down-to-earth hospitality that’s rare in the fast-casual dining world.
The Peoria location held its soft opening on June 18, with an official grand opening celebration taking place the following day, June 19. Locals were quick to show up in droves, drawn in by the promise of juicy burgers, crispy coconut macadamia shrimp, and the restaurant’s signature banana bread and milkshakes. And they weren’t disappointed.
Among the standouts on the menu are Shem’s Paniolo Burger, stacked high with onion rings, bacon, grilled pineapple, and house-made BBQ sauce, and Sterling’s Teriyaki Burger, a fan favorite loaded with sweet-savory island flavor.
