There's never a shortage of things happening around Arrowhead, and this week is no exception. We've got some great live music lined up, a happy hour worth checking out, and a little Halloween fun in downtown Glendale. And if you've been following the Cardinals lately, apparently some fans have decided that complaining on social media just isn't getting the job done. They've taken their frustrations to billboards!

On the real estate side, I've put together the latest Arrowhead Report, which is a breakdown of the local real estate market, covering third-quarter sales and some interesting changes in inventory and buyer activity. Whether you're thinking about buying, selling, or just curious about what homes in the neighborhood are doing, it's worth a read.

Thanks for spending a few minutes with me this week. Enjoy the newsletter and have a great weekend.

Cardinals fans take frustrations to billboards

Arizona Cardinals fans are taking their frustration with team ownership off social media and onto billboards! New signs targeting owner Michael Bidwill are putting the spotlight on growing fan dissatisfaction with the direction of the franchise.

One of the billboards has even appeared along Loop 303 in Surprise, funded by fans who are demanding the team be sold after years of disappointing results. (link)

REAL ESTATE

What's happening with housing in Arrowhead Ranch? The latest Arrowhead Report takes a closer look at the third-quarter real estate numbers, and there are some interesting trends developing. While home prices have remained relatively stable over the past year, more homes are hitting the market, fewer are going under contract, and buyers are gaining some negotiating power.
