Tavern Park was pitched as “a revolutionary dining and entertainment destination set to open in the heart of Peoria. This new venture promises to redefine the local dining experience by combining exceptional food, innovative drinks, and vibrant entertainment in a unique and inviting atmosphere”, however it appears it will not come to fruition.
The facility at P83 is currently in a state of construction, and no progress has been made in over a year, despite press releases and updates from ownership about opening in Summer 2025.
The property is currently for sale & lease, and is a bit of an eyesore.
Let’s hope something happens with this property soon, and we don’t spend years waiting for someone to fix up this space.
