Construction has begun on the new location for Trader Joe’s grocery store at 8078 W. Bell Road. They will be occupying the former Salt Creek Furniture space. (map)

Bulk trash pick up starts today!

The City of Glendale bulk trash pick up begins on Monday, August 5th, you may place items at the curb beginning on Thursday, August 1st. (link)

Celebrity chef backed Mora Italian has closed.

Just months after selling the high end Italian restaurant, developed by Food Network Chef Scott Conant, the restaurant has closed. (link)

This was a beautiful restaurant that was very expensive to build, I anticipate it will be open again soon with a new restaurant.
