Things are happening at the former Sears location and the planned home of Mosaic at Arrowhead Towne Center.

New Quest, a development company based in Houston, Texas, has some exciting plans for the former Sears department store & auto center at Arrowhead Towne Center.
The plans call for a conversion of the first floor space into a 99 Ranch Market & Teso Life. 99 Ranch Market is an asian grocery chain with 58 locations, including other parts of the valley. Teso Life is a Japanese discount store, with a location in Chandler.
The second floor will be separated into multiple smaller units which are proposed to be home to a restaurant & a bookstore. The former auto center has two proposed restaurants as well.
This project is in the early stages and no timeframe has been given for completion.
