Is it worth the extra cost to get early access? If you shop on the weekends, it may be worth it to not have the store be as crowded.

It is easy to get caught up in the excitement of new restaurants in our area, but sometimes you need to revisit the places that have stood the test of time in our community.

I had lunch with a friend at Revolu Modern Taqueria + Bar and the food was as good as ever.

Last week’s trivia question was ‘What major infrastructure project, completed in 1936, transformed Arizona’s economy and water supply?’

The answer is: Hoover Dam

The Hoover Dam, completed in 1936, is one of the most significant engineering achievements in American history, and its impact on Arizona has been profound. Located on the Colorado River, at the border between Arizona and Nevada, the dam was built during the Great Depression to provide flood control, hydroelectric power, and a reliable water source for the growing Southwest.

For Arizona, Hoover Dam was a game changer. Before its construction, managing the unpredictable flow of the Colorado River was difficult, and water scarcity was a constant concern for farmers, cities, and industries. The dam created Lake Mead, the largest reservoir in the U.S., which continues to supply water to millions of residents in Arizona, California, and Nevada.

The Key to a $1.3 Trillion Opportunity

A new real estate trend called co-ownership is revolutionizing a $1.3T market. Leading it? Pacaso. Created by the founder behind a $120M prior exit, they already have $110M+ in gross profits to date. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO. And you can invest until September 18.
