More big news in North Peoria & Phoenix this week, with the beginning of a project on the Loop 303 that will be under construction for the next three years. I have a feeling we’ll be dealing with road construction projects for the next decade…😲
At least now I can retreat to a pumpkin spice latte & the hope that someday soon I’ll get to wear a hoodie again.
In this edition:

ARIZONA TRIVIA
What is the name of the mountain peaks that are home to the Navajo & Hopi Gods?
Last week’s trivia question was ‘What is the name of Arizona’s so-called “Lost County?” The answer was, Pah-Ute.
In 1865, the Arizona Territorial Legislature created Pah-Ute County in the far northwest corner of the territory. Just a year later, Congress shifted the land west of the Colorado River to Nevada. Despite Arizona’s protests, the transfer became permanent in 1867. By 1871, Pah-Ute County was dissolved, and its former lands are now part of Clark County, Nevada. Today, locals remember it as Arizona’s “Lost County.”

How 433 Investors Unlocked 400X Return Potential
Institutional investors back startups to unlock outsized returns. Regular investors have to wait. But not anymore. Thanks to regulatory updates, some companies are doing things differently.
Take Revolut. In 2016, 433 regular people invested an average of $2,730. Today? They got a 400X buyout offer from the company, as Revolut’s valuation increased 89,900% in the same timeframe.
Founded by a former Zillow exec, Pacaso’s co-ownership tech reshapes the $1.3T vacation home market. They’ve earned $110M+ in gross profit to date, including 41% YoY growth in 2024 alone. They even reserved the Nasdaq ticker PCSO.
The same institutional investors behind Uber, Venmo, and eBay backed Pacaso. And you can join them. But not for long. Pacaso’s investment opportunity ends September 18.

Pet of the Week
We are partnering with Paw Posse Animal Rescue, and will be sharing a pet each week who is available for adoption. If you are thinking of getting a new pet, please consider adoption as a way to find your next best friend.

Meet Rex
His life wasn’t the best. He was found as a stray and taken to our local animal shelter. He was scared. Scared doesn’t do well at county? Rex ran out of time but lucky for him we had an amazing foster who stepped up to help him.
This guy was is so adorable! He loves to play with other dogs and is gentle with kids. Rex is a laid back boy who thinks he is a lap dog! We have reminded him several times he is NOT! Rex is not a fan of the leash. He doesn't mind having one on BUT he is not really excited about walking on it lol! We have been working on it, we are sure with the right treats he will do just about anything! He LOVES kids and is very gentle. Over all this pup would be a fantastic addition to any family!
