There are lots of changes happening at the Arrowhead Towne Center, the biggest will be the redevelopment of the old Sears location, which will become Mosaic at Arrowhead Towne Center, and will include 99 Ranch Market & Teso Life.

Many new tenants have opened stores inside the mall, or are coming soon. Below is a breakdown of what is new and exciting at the Arrowhead mall.

Hot Topic

The seller of all things ‘teen’, Hot Topic recently held their grand reopening after an expansion & remodeling. Their larger space is located on the upper level. (link)

The Baker We Bakery

Baker Wee has been a staple of North Phoenix for over 20 years, and this family-owned business recently opened a kiosk at Arrowhead Towne Center, featuring a variety of treats featuring their ‘old school baking with modern techniques’.

Their kiosk is located on the lower level by the escalators, where Starbucks used to be. (link)

Ricemill

Currently under construction in the food court, Ricemill ‘is an innovative fast-casual eatery dedicated to presenting a diverse menu inspired by regional Asian Cuisines, including Shanghai, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Szechuan.

Our chef transform distinctive flavors into unique toppings and House-Made Sauces over a simple Rice Bowl, ensuring a quality, flavorful and enjoyable dining experience for our customers.’ (link)

Pickleman’s Gourmet Cafe

The Missouri based chain, which has 30+ location in other parts of the country, will be opening its first location in Arizona, at the Arrowhead Towne Center.

They will be located in the space formerly occupied by Fired Pie on the upper level by the main entrance on the south side. Anticipated opening is fall or early winter 2025. (link)

Kendra Scott

The jewelry maker known for ‘material innovation, use of color and signature shapes’ will be opening their fourth Arizona location.

They are located on the lower level of the mall. (link)

If you do go to the mall, be aware that the escalators on the west end, outside of Dillard’s, are currently closed for maintenance & upgrades. You can use the escalators inside of Dillard’s or there is an elevator located nearby.

There is also an interesting display made from donated canned goods, called Canstruction Phoenix Metro. (link)

Canstruction Phoenix Metro is a non-profit event that brings together creative minds for a friendly design competition. Each year, teams compete to create the most impressive sculptures made entirely out of canned food. After the event, all the food is donated to the St. Mary's Food Bank to help fight hunger in our community.

Mosaic at Arrowhead Towne Center

This is by far the most exciting project happening in the Arrowhead community. Construction fencing has been installed around this facility, hopefully that is a sign of the beginning of construction.

Mosaic will be the transformation of the old Sears property, into several new spaces which will include 99 Ranch Market, Teso Life, a bookstore & a food hall with several restaurants, including dumplings, sushi, bubble tea, crepes and more.
